What time do doors open?

Doors open at 8:00 AM.
We will be prepared for the Market Open at approximately 8:20 AM.
General Admission seating is first-come, first-served.
VIP ticket holders receive priority entry and reserved seating.

Is parking available on-site?

Paid parking is available near the venue.
Parking information will be provided after ticket purchase.
We strongly recommend rideshare services or public transportation whenever possible.

What items are prohibited inside of the trading room?

The following items are prohibited:
• Outside food and beverages
• Professional recording equipment

The following items are permitted:
• Water bottles
• Small personal bags
• Laptops and trading equipment

Will food be provided?

Food will not be provided.
Water will be available throughout the event.
Attendees are encouraged to bring any necessary snacks and utilize scheduled breaks throughout the day.
There are numerous restaurants and food options located near the venue.

What should I wear?

Business casual is recommended.
Comfortable attire is encouraged, as attendees will spend extended periods participating in educational sessions and networking activities.

Can I bring a guest?

Each attendee must have their own ticket for entry. Guests should register separately in advance to secure their spot.

How do I request accessibility accommodations?

We are committed to providing an accessible experience.
Please submit accommodation requests such as wheelchair seating, ASL interpretation, or other accessibility needs during registration or at least 7 days prior to the event.

Are tickets refundable?

In-Person Tickets:
Fully refundable up to 14 days before the event.
Livestream Tickets:
Non-refundable but transferable prior to the event.
Upgraded Livestream Packages:
Cannot be transferred after the event begins.

Can I upgrade my ticket later?

Yes. Ticket upgrades are available while VIP inventory remains available.

When do ticket sales end?

Tickets remain available until sold out.

Is this event suitable for beginners?

Do I need trading experience to attend?

No. This event welcomes complete beginners, aspiring traders, and experienced market participants alike.

Do I need to bring a laptop?

A laptop is recommended but not required. Attendees who wish to follow along during trading sessions may find a laptop helpful. However, many guests attend to learn, network, and absorb the educational content without actively trading.

Will trades be called out during the event?

The event is educational in nature. Attendees may observe live market analysis, trading concepts, and decision-making processes, but no guarantees are made regarding market performance or profitability.

Will I learn a specific trading strategy?

The event may feature a variety of trading approaches, tools, and educational perspectives.
Our goal is to expose attendees to different methods and help them develop their own understanding of the markets.

Can I attend if I use a different broker or prop firm?

Absolutely. The educational content is designed to be valuable regardless of the broker, platform, or prop firm you currently use.

What equipment should I bring?

The venue will provide Wi-Fi and electricity. Attendees should bring any necessary accessories required to operate their laptops, tablets, or trading setups.
The event is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal items.

Will an event schedule be available before the event?

Yes. The itinerary will be published on the website prior to the event so attendees can plan their day accordingly.

Will there be a livestream?

Yes. A secure viewing link will be emailed to the registered email address approximately 24 hours before the event.

How do I access the livestream?

A unique access link will be delivered to your registered email address prior to the event.

Will the livestream be recorded?

Yes. Select upgraded ticket packages include on-demand replay access for 30 days following the event. Standard livestream ticket holders receive access only during the live event.

Will there be networking opportunities?

Yes. Dedicated networking time will be built into the event, allowing attendees to connect with fellow traders, entrepreneurs, investors, speakers, sponsors, and members of the trading community.

Can I meet Jason Sweeting in person?

Yes. Jason will be on-site throughout the event and there will be opportunities to interact with him during networking sessions and designated meet-and-greet opportunities.

Will photos and videos be taken during the event?

Yes. Photography and videography will occur throughout the event.

By attending, participants grant permission for their image and likeness to be used in event marketing, promotional materials, livestreams, and social media content.

If an attendee does not wish to appear in event media, they must notify the registration team upon arrival and complete a media opt-out form. While we will make reasonable efforts to honor these requests, participation in public event spaces may limit our ability to exclude every appearance from event coverage.
